We stayed at a family owned hotel in a lovely setting. The hotel provided organic vegetarian buffets for breakfast and evening dinner. The heat and busy schedule meant we frequently only needed afternoon snacks rather than stopping for lunch.
The staff was friendly and numerous. The owners Colonel Singh (retired) and his wife live on site. Their son owns an organic farm nearby and delivers fresh vegetables to the hotel each day. The rest of the staff include the chef, a housekeeper, and a number of young me who look after the grounds and the Singh family meticulously.
